Love the app. Never a glitch BUT I wish it would tell me how much time I have left on my items- a countdown. Maybe Im missing it?

Love the fact that I can download movies to phone and watch them at my convenience till due date. Dont like the restriction on the amount items that can be checked out in a month.

Tons of books I love. I like having both audio and e-book. Best of all is free with a library card from our county

The only issue I have is sometimes the app gives me errors that are not accurate, such as telling me I reached my daily borrowing limit when I havent borrowed anything new in 2 weeks. But that doesnt happen much, and otherwise it is a great app!

How can one argue with such a huge section of media for free!! Way to go library you are awesome.

Very usable and well designed. My biggest issue is the quality of the audio concerning the audiobooks. I tend to listen at 1.25x - 1.5x speed, and its always unlistenable because of Hooplas choice to go with low bitrate audio. If they could fix this, it would be one of my favorite apps.

There are many titles to choose from. But they dont offer samples and limit your borrowing amount to 6 per month. If you borrow a title and return it minutes later, it still counts as one of your 6 titles. Once you meet your limit you have to wait until next month. Choose carefully. :-/

I love Hoopladigital. I mostly listen to the audiobooks. There is a nice selection with more coming all the time. The app works very well.

Great for when the toddler needs a new book or video. Right. Now.

A massive improvement over older versions. The ability to have it not use data when not using wifi is a lifesaver. All the bugs that were so prevalent in past versions are gone, which makes a huge difference.

Allow for at least 2x playback, please. And add chapters.

I have to say I really love library apps! Thank you for making them and providing all that for free. Hoopla is my favorite so far. I like to listen audiobooks and Hoopla has a lot of good titles and no waiting list, which is great!.. Also I really like how everything is sorted, easy to find items Im looking for and similar items. Anyway, Id love to see more new additions, especially in Audiobooks. And Id have to agree to the previous reviewer and say that 6 checked out items a month is simply not enough. Maybe 10 items a month? Or 6 items at a time but no monthly limit?

Not a full selection, but some that are unique. I have enjoyed ebooks and audiobooks that i had planned to purchase. But borrowing is what libraries are for, arent they. I always check hoopla before buying something.

Hoopla is the best. I can get music that I just want to try out and not have to buy it.

I love that it is connected to the library. So easy to use. Sometimes the ebooks get a little squirrely and you have to reopen them but otherwise a great app.

Really? Only eight videos per month? Including those that never open?

Not a boring narrator, and a decent selection. Only advice would be for a wider selection of older authors.
