I absolutely love this app! So great! Listen to audios all day everyday! Such a good selection of books!!

Have been thru about 3 or 4 updates and this one finally fixed the restart after a pause problem. Can enjoy my audiobooks and pause for other tasks without having to restart the app every time. Still annoyed by the default to the Featured screen rather than the Home screen. Holding out last star because of that.

This app works very poorly and closes regularly I do not recommend it until the bugs are fixed

Constantly get "could not communicate with the Hoopla servers" error message after latest update. Tried uninstalling and reloading, signing in as different user, nothing works. Will crash and kick back out to the home screen. Absolutely awful and useless app now.

I am happy to have an app where I can easily download and play audiobooks for when Im on the go. Havent come across any glitches so hopefully they have been worked out from previous reviews.

Works decent and content is good. Music selection and Ebola are great!

This is a great app - it always opens quickly and I use it a lot! The only glitch as far as I can tell is that it doesnt easily change chapters. Often I have to go back to the home page and open the book again to get the next chapter. A small price to pay for the use and convenience of this app.

I just started using this a couple of months ago. Im in Canada. Havent had the crash issues some other users are noting. Would like to be able to hear a small preview of the reader for the audiobooks. Have returned some of the titles as I just didnt want to listen to 10-12 hours of that particular reader. I access this through my local library network so pay nothing. I will continue to use. I like being able to download the book to my device. Oh, bug fixers out there, the Resume only intermittently works between devices.

This is the fifth time I have tried to write the review because the nickname has been taken. Mostly I love this app. Every once in awhile it will completely freeze when I hit play on music. It would be nice to have more Canadian authors, musicians, and film. It would also be nice if workout videos could be borrowed for a week instead of 2 days.

The app stinks given the potential. Very buggy and frustrating to use. Download movies in the hotel over wifi and it wont run when you go on an aircraft or train. Call customer support and they told me to download the movie, dont get out of the app, put it in airplane mode, and then hit play when you get on the aircraft. Still didnt work. Downloaded a book and it downloaded it three times using up my 2 extra downloads of my 10 per month allotment. I have gotten it to work several and then it is good but more often than not it doesnt work. Too bad because it has great potential.

It cant connect to the servers if I try to create a new account or use the forgot password. Cant even get in!

If you enjoy reading, listening, or watching it is a nice free app. But you can only borrow 5 items a month from the library. I do not understand why. If it was 5 items at a time it would be understandable. It would keep items free for other users, but as it stands, the borrowing limits for this app undermine its potential.

Great service. Lots of new product loaded. Wish you could get more than 10 items per month, but otherwise -fantastic!

Love hoopla as the unofficial DC unlimited app. Access to Dc comics was my reason for it and it has so much more. Ive read novels for school, listened to soundtracks and am considering reading the jungle book

I love this app! I love that it is free with my library membership. I love the selection. I love that I dont have to wait to borrow. I recommend this app all the time. Yes, it has a few glitches but once you figure them out they are manageable. It would get 5 stars if it was less glitchy. Tech support will get back to you if you need help.

Great app. Comes free with library subscription. Loving the comics and music. Especially when its free to download.

Would love it if it actually worked, I can never borrow anything because it says that I have borrowed my monthly limit but I havent even borrowed anything. Resume barely works. Very frustrating if you want an app that gives you good audiobooks, movies,music and ebooks that dont glitch this is not the one to get.
